The Sandlot Baseball Radio is in the middle of its fourth season! The Sandlot Baseball Radio Program has been on the air on ESPN stations around the country. During the 2006 season, which ran from March to October, The Sandlot could be heard in 17 markets. In 2007 we have expanded to 30 markets across the country, and increased the number of weeks of the program from 26 to 32 weeks. These markets will have The Sandlot's potential listenership to more than 10 million.

The Sandlot runs one hour and features interviews from major league players, coaches, managers, scouts, scouting directors, general managers, and other front-office executives talking about baseball and their experiences as youth players. Each local market has 15-minutes of the one-hour format to feature scores, highlights and updates from various leagues and school associations around each market area.

The Sandlot show will run 32 consecutive weeks beginning in March and ending in October. Tad Powers, former professional player and International Scout, will again host the show. "Listen to The Sandlot and find out what it is that each major league player did when they were a kid to develop the skills necessary to be a big leaguer," said Powers.

Sponsorship opportunities with The Sandlot include radio representation as well as inclusion of your logo on marketing materials such as direct mail, t-shirts, flyers, posters, signage and web site links.
